Quick and easy online booking where you can add your insurance info after booking the appointment (o... r you can call them). Every staff member was friendly and kind. My 6 yr old's appointment was booked with Dr. Thomas Vielma. He was kind and very thorough. He made my daughter laugh quite a few times and held a conversation with her while he examined her eyes. She felt comfortable the whole time, even though her eyes are very sensitive to light. Dr. Vielma distracted her by talking her through the bright-lighted moments! We have EyeMed vision insurance, which they accept. It was a $10 copay for the eye exam and $39 for dilation of the eyes. While we waited for her eyes to dilate, she picked out her frames (just in case she needed glasses). They have cute kid frames to choose from. She chose a hello kitty pair and a light pink pair! I couldn't afford the transition lenses (insurance wasn't much help for that cost), but we did add on the anti glare and blue light filter. Glasses should arrive in 2 weeks! It was smooth and easy process for my daughter! Thank you to the excellent Optometrist, Dr. Vielma, and his staff for the great experience.
